"Sol do coração" ("The sun of the heart") in central Portugal is another project and location of the association. The sun and the mountains, the rivers and the waterfalls, the caves, the ocean... The breathtaking surrounding nature makes us feel deeper and connects us with the ancient power and magic. ''Sol do coração'' offers the space to let your soul flow - to express yourself creatively and freely. In the process, an inner abundance grows, which is - like the sun - shining, soothing, giving.

At every new- and full moon it calls us - the inner voice - that wants to be sung, shouted out, danced, played, listened to through us. The moon ritual opens up the space for transforming the heaviness of everyday life and negative feelings. The natural, the flowing, the wild reappears.
